Located in the heart of Catania, placed in a few steps from Piazza Duomo and the most important sights of the city, the apartment is ideal for holidays with friends, family or work commitments. The house, elegantly furnished, consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a comfortable armchair and TV to spend some relaxing moments. Separated by a sliding glass door, there’s the kitchen equipped with everything necessary you could ever need to cook. On the same floor you’ll find one of the two bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds and another with one single bed), each including a wardrobe and a desk. Among these 3 bedrooms there’s a second bathroom (equipped as the first one previously described) , a laundry with washing machine and going outside you’ll find two different balconies overlooking lush vegetation and from which you’ll feel like able to touch the dome of Palazzo Minoriti, a famous ancient building really close to the apartement. In addition, the house is situated in one of the most well served areas of the city with lots of bars, restaurants / fast food and shops. The location allows you to enjoy a lively night life for the many clubs/ lounge bars in the area, but without giving up a peaceful rest. Thanks to the convenient metro station 1 minute walking far and the many bus stops located on the main street, you can also easily reach other areas of the city.
